The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to set aside the Oder dated 27.02.2018 vide which the accused persons have been discharged under Sections 406/498A/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in a complaint filed on behalf of the Petitioner, by observing that no Charges were made out against the Respondents and to set aside the Order dated 12.07.2018 vide which the Revision filed against the Order dated 27.02.2018 has been dismissed.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner has died on 12.06.2023 and none of her legal heirs have forth come for substitution. 3.
