% 19.09.2017 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has already been settled in mediation at the Karkardooma Courts Mediation Centre and that the petitioner thus seeks to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the said submission a receipt has been produced on behalf of the petitioner indicating that the settled amount of Rs.75,000/- as settled in the mediation qua which it is submitted on behalf the petition has been paid in the Court of Sh.Sudesh Kumar, POLC, Karkardooma Courts.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the W.P.(C) No.4024/2017 and the accompanying application CM no.17713/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn.
