O R D E R

% 21.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 were known to each other. A quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent which lead to the registration of FIR No.269/2014 under Sections 394/506/34 IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas. With the intervention of their common friends, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Bharat Lal of police station Hauz Khas. He submits

that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Petitioner no.2 has paid `30,000/- to the respondent no.2 today in Court towards the compensation. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
