Mr.Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that the petitioner having joined his place of posting at Vijayawada in May, 2017, he does not press the present petition. He, however, reserves his right to file a detailed complaint with the competent authority against the harassment allegedly extended by the respondent nos.3 & 4 to the petitioner during his course of duty.
