Notice in this case was issued on 07.09.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner has repeatedly been given opportunities to take steps to serve the respondent and more particularly on 08.12.2022, 05.04.2023 and 11.09.2023.

Despite repeated opportunities, the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve the respondent and not even filed the process fee. There is nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner today.

For the said reasons, the leave to appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.

Since the leave to appeal has been dismissed; consequently, the appeal is also dismissed.
