The only grievance of the petitioner is that he had lodged a complaint vis-a-vis respondent no.2 i.e., Dr. Naresh Gupta. The allegation is that the death of the petitioner's wife took place on 07.05.2013 in Lok Nayak Hospital i.e., respondent no.3 on account of negligence of the said doctor.

2.1 It is the case of the petitioner that he had lodged a complaint in respect of the above with respondent no.1, on 12.08.2013. 2.2 I am informed that a complaint was also lodged with W.P.(C) 4818/2015

respondent no.4, which remitted the matter to respondent no.1 with a direction that the same be disposed of within six months. 2.3 It is the petitioner's case that even though nearly more than six months have passed, there has been no resolution qua the complaint filed by him.

A perusal of the writ petition shows that on 10.03.2015, the disciplinary committee of respondent no.1 held a hearing. In this hearing, it appears that respondent no.2 and 3 did not participate. 4.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to adjudicate upon the complaint as expeditiously as possible though not later than twelve weeks from today.
