This appeal is disposed of as not pressed on account of compromise as the appellant/defendant states that the appellant/defendant will pay the complete amount of the subject judgment and decree. An amount of Rs.2 lacs has been paid to the respondent Sh. Krishan Jaiswal who appears in person in Court today by way of 10 cheques and photocopies of which cheques will be filed in this Court during the course of the day. 2.

It is agreed that the balance decretal amount will be paid by the appellant to the respondent on or before 30.10.2017. FAO 256/2017
