% 19.07.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from the appellant who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal as the claim of the appellant against respondent stands satisfied. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the appeal is being withdrawn and the respondent has already been acquitted for offence punishable under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act the personal bond and the surety bond filed by the respondent are discharged. Registry is directed to release the FDR furnished by the surety Ram Parvesh Rai to the surety and also cancel the endorsement thereon.
