% 05.09.2018 Respondent no.2 is wife of respondent no. 3.

964/2013 under Sections 354/452/506 IPC was registered at police station Mehrauli on the complaint of Hemlata-respondent no.2. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Sandeep Yadav of police station Mehrauli. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 18.08.2015. Respondent no. 3 submits that he has also settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have

no objection in case aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Affidavit of respondent nos. 2 and 3 in this regard are also on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
