% 13.07.2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has surrendered the possession of the parking lot and the learned counsel for the respondent confirms the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction given by this court on 22.05.2015 has not been complied with inasmuch as the possession has been handed over.
As such we find that the writ petition has become infructuous. The same is dismissed.
