This is an application under order XXII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, ("CPC") for substitution of legal representative of Appellant No.2A. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant that Appellant No. 2A, Mr. Siddhant Gaur passed away on 07.03.2019. In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed.

Learned counsel for Respondents states that he is appearing on behalf of all the contesting Respondents in this appeal and do not have any objection for withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
