% 29.05.2015 During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the complainant, Ms. Neena Kulshreshtha was a member of DAS and issued the chargesheet to the petitioner and this vitiates the entire proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent makes a submission that the respondent be permitted to formulate a fresh DAS in terms of Rule 118 of the Delhi School Education Act & Rules, 1973 and start the enquiry afresh.
In view of the these submissions, the present writ petition has
been disposed of in the terms that the respondent can formulate the fresh DAS in terms of Rule 118 of the Delhi School Education Act & Rules, 1973.
