2. The Petitioner seeks directions to the State to produce his missing daughter Nazia who is 24 years old stating that she went missing from his house on 30th July, 2018.

3. On receipt of an advance copy of the petition, a status report dated 27th August, 2018 has been filed by Inspector Satish Kumar, Station House Officer, Police Station (PS) Seelampur, Delhi. Inter alia it is stated that the

enquiry by the police reveals that the Petitioner's daughter Nazia married one Istkhar of her own free will. In fact the couple had filed the Writ Petition (Civil) No.26637/2018 to the High Court of Allahabad seeking protection as they feared violence from the present Petitioner who was impleaded as Respondent No.4. An order dated 14th August, 2018 passed by the High Court of Allahabad disposing of the said writ petition. A portion of the said order has been enclosed with the status report. Therein, the High Court of Allahabad has observed that the couple was at liberty to live together and no person shall be permitted to interfere in their peaceful living. As regards the present Petitioner, the Allahabad High Court granted him liberty to file an application for recall of that order if the documents brought on record before it were shown to have been fabricated or forged.

4. In view of the above developments, there is no question of entertaining the present petition. It is disposed of as such. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
