O R D E R

% 22.08.2017 Petitioner came to the Court alleging unauthorized construction in the property bearing no. BM 56, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Status report in terms of the last order has come to be filed and the pertinent statement appearing in para 4 is, as follows : "That it is submitted that the said property consists of deviations/excess coverage against Sanctioned building plan no. 10032149 dated 13.1.2016 at basement to third floor with projection on mpl. land only at stilt floor. The said extent of unauthorized construction has already been booked vide file no.8/UC/B/RZ-I/2017 dated 12.01.2017.

After following due process of law, demolition order has also been passed against the said booked unauthorized constructions.

Thereafter demolition action was taken on 15.02.2017 and 05.06.2017. During the said demolition action, the projection on mpl. land at stilt floor has been demolished."

In view of the action taken, nothing survives in the petition as of now.

Should the petitioner has any grievance or reason to

approach the Court for any further inaction attributable to respondent no.1, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition. Petition is disposed off accordingly.
