% 21.01.2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Delhi Jal Board states that in view of the directions given by this court in another writ petition whereby the Munak CLC canal has been made operational, the Bawana water treatment plant would also become functional in about six weeks time. Once that becomes operational the water would be available to Budh Vihar Phase-II.
