% 18.05.2015 State has verified that operation of mother of the petitioner has to take place on 20th May, 2015. Address of the petitioner has also been verified. Petitioner is in incarceration for the last 13 years. Petitioner is required to be present along with his mother during her operation, as his father has already expired.
Accordingly, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to
the Station House Officer, P.S. Seelam Pur once a week, i.e., on Mondays at 10:00 am. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance. Dasti.
