% 27.04.2016 I.A. No. 5140/2016 The delay in re-filing is condoned. The application stands disposed of. I.A. No. 5139/2016 By this application, the plaintiffs seek specific directions for refund of the Court Fees.

The order dated 07.12.2015 already directs refund of the Court Fees to the plaintiffs as per rules after deducting a sum of Rs.20,000/-. Since the matter was settled in mediation, the plaintiffs are entitled to refund of the entire Court Fees. It is directed accordingly. Out of the Court Fees to be refunded, the amount of Rs.20,000/- be deposited with the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, as directed. The application stands disposed of.
