After making certain submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case is at the stage of defendant's evidence before the trail court, he does not press the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. He further submits that the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with application, being C.M. No.36568/2018, without prejudice to his contentions on merits.
