and payment have been made to the respondents bank in terms of the said settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that they will be withdrawing the execution proceedings.

Learned counsel for the appellants further states that possession of the property is yet to be handed over. Learned counsel for the respondent banlc states that this issue is pending before Debt Recovery Tribunal and they have already moved application in this regard before Debt Recoveiy Tribunal and another bank is involved, These are aspects to be raised and considered by the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

In view of the settlement, appeals are dismissed as infructuous. Dasti.
