% 04.10.2018 Dr. Pankaj Arora, the petitioner who appears in person states that, he has filed an application dated 03.10.2018, requesting the Executive Director, National Board of Examinations, Delhi to permit him to appear in the coming NEET-PG Examinations.

Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of National Board of Examination states that, they shall treat the above mentioned application filed on behalf of the petitioner, as an appeal , and determine it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks, with a speaking and reasoned order, after affording an opportunity to Dr. Pankaj Arora of being heard.

Directed accordingly.
