By way of this revision petition filed under Section 397, 401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is challenging the order dated 10th February, 2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi whereby he was directed to pay maintenance @ `4,000/- per month from the date of IMA till the respondent is legally entitled to receive the same.

Today petitioner is present in person and seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition.
