% 01.08.2018 CA 397/2018 This application is filed by the OL pointing out that inadvertently when order of this court was passed on 16.11.2017 the expenses incurred on account of the security of the property at Shahdara, Delhi could not be brought to the notice of this court. It has been pointed out that in compliance of the order of winding up security was provided to the property from December, 2016 to 27.10.2017. It has also been pointed out in the application that subsequent to order of this court dated 16.11.2017 the Ex. Directors of the respondent company have suo moto broken the seal of the OL and entered possession of the property without permission of the OL. The submission of the OL is in order keeping in view the fact that security would have to be provided to the said property located at Shahdara

comprising of ground floor and first floor.

Let the respondent company deposit the said amount within six weeks with the OL. Application stands disposed of.
