% 27.08.2018 Having considered the facts, this court is of the opinion that the petitioner should approach the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, which has territorial jurisdiction over the respondent No. 3 whose orders, in respect of 4th respondent, have resulted in freezing the petitioner's account. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
