% 06.09.2018 The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. Counsel very fairly admits that when the writ petition was called for hearing, he was not present. He submits that the writ petition has been disposed of on the premise that only Rs. 1, 61, 775/- is due and payable while the appellant is entitled to a figure of Rs.6, 54,000/-. It is agreed that the impugned order may be set aside and the matter may be remanded to the learned Single Judge for hearing.

Accordingly, in view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 08.03.2017 is set aside. The parties will appear before the learned Single Judge on 27.09.2018.
