% 29.08.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to petitioner's application (Annexure P-5) submitted to first respondent on 6th July, 2018.

If the said application (Annexure P-5) is still pending, then the said application be promptly dealt. If for any reason whatsoever, the application (Annexure P-5) is not accepted, then the reasons for not doing so, be supplied to petitioner within eight weeks from today and the fate of the application be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
