% 06.07.2017 Learned Standing Counsel for SDMC submits on instructions from Mr. Kuldeep Mehdiratta, Assistant Commissioner, South Zone, SDMC that the respondent is recalling the order dated 25th April, 2017. It is further submitted that the respondent shall issue a fresh show cause notice and shall take appropriate action in accordance with the law after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner.

This petition has become infructuous in view of the statement made by respondent today in Court. The petition is disposed of as infructuous. The pending application is also disposed of.
