CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

% 03.05.2018 In this writ petition, in effect, the grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to the central verge erected on the road running between Greater Kailash Part II from the entry point of W Block to Alaknanda.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, concedes that the National Green Tribunal (NGT), vide its order dated 01.05.2015, has, in fact, put its seal of approval on the said central verge being retained.
2.1 I am also told by the counsel for the petitioner that the very same order of the NGT has been assailed by another entity (i.e. Don Bosco School) before the Supreme Court.
Counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks liberty to take recourse to an appropriate proceeding to assail the said order, given the aforementioned circumstances.
Writ petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed All pending applications will also stand closed. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J MAY 03, 2018
