2. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes and a Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 12th October, 2016 has been entered into between them. The SA is taken on record. The parties are bound by the SA.

4. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition in terms of the SA arrived at between them. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
