In this petition filed as Public Interest Litigation, the petitioners seek to espouse certain issues relating to security at Metro Stations of Delhi. 2.

Having heard the petitioners who appeared in person and having regard to the nature of the issues raised in the petition, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.1/Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. to look into the issues raised in the writ petition by treating the same as a representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law regarding the feasibility of adopting the measures suggested by the petitioners for ensuring the security of the passengers. Such order be passed within four weeks from today and a copy be communicated to the petitioners.

The petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh writ petition in case the issues sought to be raised in this petition are not fully resolved. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
