% 09.02.2017 This is a petition for enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 07.04.2004 which was overruled on 18.05.2012. It is seen that the amount involved in the present petition is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and accordingly, the petition is required to be transferred to the District Court.

In view of the above, the petition is transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, (South-East District), Saket Court, Delhi.
