% 24.10.2016 By the present petition the petitioner has sought anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 280/2016 under Section 498A IPC registered at PS Timarpur. Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that as no interim protection was granted to the petitioner by this Court the petitioner has since been arrested and granted regular bail by the concerned Court. In view of the statement of the learned APP for the State, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
