Mr. S.N. Parashar, Advocate versus STATE (NCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Through:

Mr. Rajat Katyal, APP with SI Davinder Kumar

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI

O R D E R

% 15.02.2017 The petitioner has been produced from custody. Mr. Katyal points out that the recording of the statements of the accused u/s 313 Cr PC is now to be undertaken. He also points out that the other accused who were granted bail by the court have already fled by jumping bail. He submits that one of the co-accused has been declared as proclaimed offender, while against one PO proceedings are undergoing, and while two other co-accused have been subsequently arrested due to involvement in other cases. Looking to the circumstances including the medical report received from the Jail Superintendent dated 02.11.2016, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case at the earliest.
