% 09.09.2016 W.P.(C) 8004/2016 C.M.No.33223/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No.1595, Gali Tajiran, Suilwala, Darya Ganj, Delhi. Submission is that this is against the bye laws of the Corporation.

Learned counsel for the respondent (who has appeared on advance notice) submits that this property has been booked and demolition order has been passed qua this property on 07.8.2016. Demolition programme is now fixed for 15.9.2016. Learned counsel for respondent/Corporation undertakes and ensures that this Court that all actions in accordance with law shall be

taken.
