% 08.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his family has found out a suitable match for himself, to maintain social ties and take care of old and aged parents and also challenges the communication dated 13th July, 2018.
Petitioner had filed an application seeking parole on the aforesaid grounds on 13th June, 2018 which was rejected vide communication dated 13th July, 2018. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner was granted 3 weeks' furlough with effect from 20th June, 2018. Thus immediately on filing of the application for parole, the petitioner was granted 3 weeks' furlough which he could have utilized for the purpose sought for in the petition. Hence this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petition or set aside the communication dated 13th July, 2018. Petition is dismissed.
