1. Learned counsel for Defendant No. 3 states, on instructions from Mr. Amit Choudhary, Defendant No. 3 who is present in Court, that he has no objection to the suit being decreed in terms of the prayer in para 29 (a) and (b) against Defendant No. 3 as well.

2. Learned counsel for the Plaintiff does not press for any other reliefs as sought in the plaint.

3. In view of the above statement, the suit is accordingly decreed in terms of prayer in para 29 (a) and (b) of the plaint. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
