O R D E R

% 10.03.2017 Since the present writ petition challenges demands raised upon a Public Sector Undertaking by DDA on account of unearned increase and interest, Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned ASG suggests that the present matter be referred to the Cabinet Secretary for adjudication. This Court is in accord with the suggestion mooted by the learned ASG as the dispute is exclusively between a Public Sector Undertaking and a statutory authority under the Government. In fact, both the parties are administratively controlled by the Union of India. Consequently, the dispute is forwarded to the office of the Cabinet Secretary to be placed before him within a period of two weeks. Thereafter,

the Cabinet Secretary would issue notice to both the parties as well as the ONGC and take a decision.

With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition and application stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order as well as the paper book be forwarded to the office of the Cabinet Secretary by the learned counsel for petitioner. Order dasti under the signature of Court Master. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 10, 2017 js
