% 18.01.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents in pursuance of the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023. The petitioner company has already paid the entire amount to the respondent and respondents have received the same. It is submitted that in view of the said settlement nothing left in the instant Writ Petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has also supported the agreement which has been advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents before the Court.
I am heard both the parties and perused the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023 which is on record and considering the payment The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of entire amount by the management/respondent. I do not find any reason to keep the matter pending as nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the instant petition as well as pending applications also stands disposed of.
