% 29.05.2017 IA No. 6743/2017 This is an application filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff, inter alia, stating that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017 and seeking to withdraw the present suit.

The plaintiffs are present in court and affirm the terms of settlement and request for withdrawal of the suit. Accordingly, the suit and all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of one half of the court fees to the plaintiff.

The application is disposed of.
