Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the possession of the property has been handed over by the respondent and the Trial Court proceedings before the Administrative Civil Judge-cum-Additional Rent Controller (Central), Delhi in case no. E-80/15 (old), 78483/16 (new) qua the present property has also been withdrawn before the learned Trial Court on 02.04.2025.

Since the dispute between the parties has been settled in the aforesaid terms, the learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing through video conferencing, seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

The said request is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
