% 08.05.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 28th March, 2016 passed in W.P.(Crl.) No.994/2016, wherein the respondents stated that they would not interfere with the day-to-day life of the petitioner. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter had been referred to the Mediation Centre on 05th December, 2016. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over photocopies of two settlement agreements dated 29th April, 2017 executed between the petitioner and her parents as well as between the petitioner and her husband. The same are taken on record. The petitioner as well as her father and husband are personally present in Court and they have been identified by learned counsel for the petitioner. All the three parties state that they would abide by the settlement agreements dated 29th April, 2017 executed before Delhi
High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They also pray that the present contempt petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid two settlement agreements dated 29th April, 2017. The settlements and undertakings given by the three parties are accepted by this Court and they are held bound by the same. Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreements dated 29th April, 2017. MANMOHAN, J MAY 08, 2017 KA
