% 17.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 28th March, 2016, therefore, FIR No. 437/2003 under Sections 452/448/342/380/34 IPC registered at police station Kalyanpuri, on the respondent no.2, may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present along with his counsel who has been identified by SI Jaivir Kumar of police station Kalyanpuri. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating

therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
