The case is listed for arguments on 18.11.2017 i.e. about two weeks hence.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that whatever be the merits of the case can be argued before the Trial Court.

In view of these circumstances, the Court would refrain from exercising its jurisdiction in the writ petition seeking quashing of the FIR. Hence, the petition is dismissed.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that every endeavour shall be made by them to have the case heard expeditiously and they shall promptly attend to the case whenever it is listed for hearing. This order shall have no bearing upon the merits of the pending criminal case.
