% 13.09.2018 The petitioner and the respondent vide the petition under consideration which is a joint petition seek transfer of proceedings in HMA No.252/10/2008, a petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 13 of the HMA, 1955 (as amended) which is presently pending in the Court of the Family Court, Central, THC, New Delhi and the proceedings in HMA 58/2008, a petition filed by the respondent herein under Section 9 of the HMA, 1955 (as amended) pending in the Court of the Family Court, West, THC, Delhi so that the two cases are assigned to a single Court. Apparently, it would be appropriate and in the interest of justice that the matrimonial dispute between the parties to the present petition is adjudicated by a single Court. The respondent as per record is indicated to be a resident of Paschim Vihar, Delhi falling within the jurisdiction of the West District. In view thereof, the proceedings in HMA No.252/10/2008 pending in the Court of the Family Court,
Central, THC are withdrawn from the said Court and assigned to the Court of the Family Court, West District, THC where the proceedings in HMA 58/2008 are pending and the records of both the petitions be placed before the Court of the Family Court, West District, THC, Delhi on 20.09.2018 to proceed further in accordance with law in both petitions.
