% 20.02.2017 CM No. 4577/2017 This application is filed to clarify the order dated 09.05.2016 whereby a cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed. It is urged that there is no clarity as to whom the said cost is to be paid. Hence, it may be clarified that the cost be deposited with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. A perusal of the order would show that costs have been imposed. It implies that the costs have to be paid to the respondent. The application is without merit and is dismissed.
