% 23.05.2017 Mr. Banmali Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition in view of the circumstance that the custody of her minor children namely, Master Ganesh, aged about two years and Master Piyush, aged about eight months has been handed over to her by the respondents.
