% 14.09.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain unauthorized construction being carried out in property No4585 & 7 (old) 154/2 (new), Basti Hazrat Nizammuddin. This activity has been carried out by respondents No. 3 to 6 under the nose of respondents No. 1 & 2 and inspite of repeated complaints and representations having been made to the Statutory Bodies, no action has been taken. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put his appearance. His submission is that all actions in accordance with law will be taken.

Accordingly, this petition be treated as representation qua the petitioner and the averments made in the writ petition will be

answered by respondent No. 1 in accordance with law and within an outer limit of four weeks from today and if any deviation/illegal activity is noted therein, needless to state that necessary action will be initiated and completed.

Respondent No. 2/Delhi Police is also present. They will assist respondent No. 1 in case any action is required to be taken. Since the contention of the petitioner is that alleged illegal activity is an ongoing process and is presently also going on, respondent No. 1 & 2 will inspect the area in question within an outer limit of three days from today and take necessary action.

Petition disposed of.
