% 31.08.2018 1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of the present petition, not only on the ground that the petitioner has failed to exhaust his statutory remedies against the removal order, but also on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition while reserving the right of his client to exhaust the statutory remedies before seeking legal recourse in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
