W.P.(C) 1372/2017 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner Wahid. The petition has been preferred allegedly by one Salma, wife and paropkar of petitioner Wahid. Wahid is present in the Court. He states that Salma is his wife. He further states that he has come from his residence and has not been produced from custody. It is surprising as to why, in these circumstances, the present petition has been preferred. There is no merit in the petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
