% 13.07.2016 The petitioner's application for conversion from lease-hold to free-hold has been disposed of by the respondent/DDA vide order dated 8th July, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 8th July, 2016 by way of an appeal before the DDA.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/DDA to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of eight weeks. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
