% 04.05.2016 The case has been received from the Court of Learned Registrar (Original) vide order dated 19.04.2016 for further directions. Vide order dated 13.01.2016, the matter was transferred before the Learned District & Session Judge (South District) Saket Courts for 04.02.2016.

Vide order dated 04.02.2016, the Learned District & Session Judge (South District) Saket Court observed that address of defendant No.1 is situated in the area of New Friends Colony which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District though address of defendant No.2 is situated at Firozshah Kotla Grounds, New Delhi which does not fall within the jurisdiction of South District as such referred the matter before the Hon'ble Court for appropriate directions.

Learned counsel for the parties request that since address of the defendants falls within the jurisdiction of PS I P Estate which falls in the Central District and requested that the matter may be sent to the Learned District & Session Judge (Central) Tis Hazari Court. In view of the submission and addresses of defendants, let the matter be placed before the District & Session Judge (Central District) Tis Hazari Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (Central District),Tis Hazari Court on 05.08.2016. The suit files be made available to the Ld District & Session Judge (Central District) at Tis Hazari Court on the date fixed. DR.
